 I just wanted to express my grateful thanks to you for my treatment last week.  I have to admit that I had not been looking forward to having the procedure done but was really appreciative of how you talked me through each stage and made me feel totally at ease.

The anxiety and apprehension I felt beforehand quickly evaporated and I am most grateful for the kind and professional way in which you dealt with the situation.

I know that should I need a similar procedure to be performed in the future then I will be in very good hands.
