Payment plans
Denplan payment plans
A payment plan turns dentistry from occasional bills into one predictable monthly amount — and plan patients tend to attend more regularly, which is precisely why their teeth do better.

Care you can budget for
A plan is an arrangement between you and Denplan; your care is delivered here, by the same team you would see anyway. The difference is how you pay for it.
There are three plans, plus an optional insurance add-on. Which one suits you depends on the current health of your teeth and gums, so we go through it at your examination and recommend the most economical fit, not the biggest one.
The plans
Three plans, one monthly payment
Each plan covers a different amount of your routine care, paid monthly by direct debit. We do not publish plan prices, because the amount is individual to you — see below.
Denplan Membership Plan
Registration with the practice, member privileges, and reduced-rate examinations.
Denplan Essentials
Examinations, routine X-rays and hygiene visits covered monthly, plus 10% off treatment (excluding cosmetic options, implants and whitening).
Denplan Care
The comprehensive option: one monthly fee covering all routine dental treatment.
Optional add-on
Denplan Dental Emergency and Injury Cover
Covers the out-of-hours call-out fee and supports emergency treatment when you are away from home — the frequent traveller’s friend. It sits alongside a plan rather than replacing one.

Accreditation
Denplan Excel accredited
Denplan Excel is an independently assessed quality standard. It looks at clinical governance, cross-infection control, staff training and the way patients are cared for, and practices are reviewed to keep it — so it is a commitment rather than a one-off certificate.

Your monthly amount
How your monthly fee is worked out
We do not publish Denplan prices, because they are individual to you. Your monthly amount is calculated after an examination, based on the current health of your teeth and gums and the level of ongoing care you are likely to need — so two patients on the same plan can pay different amounts.
Once we have assessed you, we will recommend the most suitable plan and confirm your exact monthly fee in writing before you commit to anything.
Joining a plan
How joining works
01
Come in for an examination
We check the health of your teeth and gums. Nothing is decided before this.
02
We recommend a plan
The most economical fit for the care you actually need — not the biggest plan on the list.
03
We confirm your fee in writing
You see the exact monthly amount, and what it covers, before you commit to anything.
Not registered with us yet? Start with a new-patient consultation and we will talk plans through at the same appointment.

The fine print
What a plan doesn't cover
Plans exclude laboratory fees and prescriptions, referral to specialists or specialist treatment, orthodontics, implants and cosmetic treatment, and sedation fees. Anything outside your plan is charged at the rates in our price list, and you will always have a written estimate before a course of treatment begins.
- Laboratory fees and prescriptions
- Referral to a specialist, and specialist treatment
- Orthodontics
- Implants and cosmetic treatment
- Sedation fees
