Patient Care Co-ordinator

Kerry Hand initially qualified as a dental nurse in 1992 and has since obtained several post-graduate qualifications, including Level 3 BTEC Advanced Diplomas in both Dental Reception and Dental Care Co-ordination.  Kerry has a wealth of experience in dentistry and, in 2011, took up a new position at the practice as Patient Care Co-ordinator.

Kerry’s main role as Patient Care Co-ordinator is to liaise with patients to provide a high level of customer service.  Appointments will be available with Kerry to give patients the opportunity to discuss treatment options and answer any questions they may have about their own individual treatment plans – please ask reception for further details.
