Refer
Use our online referral form, write to us, or call our team on 01629 812 991.
Please include relevant history and recent radiographs (returned after treatment).
We arrange the consultation
We contact your patient directly for an initial consultation (fee as per our current price list), assess thoroughly, and prepare a written treatment plan.
For restorative cases this typically includes articulated study models and full occlusal analysis before the definitive plan.
Confirmation before treatment
A follow-up consultation confirms the plan meets the patient's wishes before anything begins.
Return and report
On completion, your patient returns to you with a written report of all treatment carried out.
